Exclusive! Our Daily Manna co-publisher, Rev. Mrs. Flora Kwakpovwe blasts Buhari over Herdsmen killings

The Assistant General Overseer of Manna Prayer Mountain Interdenominational, Worldwide and co-publisher of Our Daily Manna (ODM), Rev. Mrs. Flora Kwakpovwe has beckoned on President Muhammadu Buhari to sit up and put a stop to the incessant killing Christians by Fulani Herdsmen.

"The President should stand on his ground and tell the Herdsmen to stay within their territory. These killings have to stop. He should take a concrete decision on this deteriorating national issue.

On the other hand, we as Christians need to go on our knees and pray. We need to pray and also empower ourselves with Vigilante groups, in areas where Police stations are not available."

The woman of God made the clarion call during an interview with Goldenpearlmedia at her office in Ogudu, Lagos, last Sunday while throwing more lights on the Ministry's forth coming interdenominational programme themed: Anointing For Decoration, slated to hold on Friday, January 26, at Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS) Lagos.

The event is the climax of the 21-day prayer and fasting, which started on January 6.

“It is interdenominational and for everyone. At the beginning of every year, we do a 21 days fasting, then we round it off with a program at Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS) in Lagos.

It's all about fellowship, prayers and calling upon God. On that day, the needs of the people would be met. There would be signs, wonders and more. God would wipe the tears of those that are heavy laden. The Lord asked us to start this and it has become like a national slogan," she said.

The cleric, also mentioned some wonders and miracles that have been recorded during the annual beginning of the year event.

"Last year, a woman who was seeking for the fruit of the womb for over 15 years, during the program, the Holyspirit touched her and she later conceived. She gave birth to a baby girl, which was followed by twins. In some other cases the lames walk, the blinds see, the captives were set free, and lots of other notable miracles."

On the personalities that are expected to grace the event, the soft spoken Reverend said : “Every year we have the Vice President coming in, notable dignitaries, VIPs, politicians and more but I wouldn't want to mention names. Last year, Governor Ambode's wife was with us. This year, we are expecting more top personalities.''
